Got into the garage today and got the rest of the ribs deburred. Damn was it hot, 32 degrees celcius or 90 degrees fahrenheit...hot for this guy!
Went through the ribs and made sure that the all of the edges were deburred and all of the holes drilled for conduit and grommets were also deburred for both sets of wings.
After the deburring was done, I took shelter to the air conditioned kitchen where I fluted all of the ribs on my kitchen table. I started from the middle on each rib and moved to both side and worked my way out to the trainling edges. Seemed to work quite well. Quite happy with the results, but man, is my hand sore from all of that fluting!
